Following up all the electrical installations.
Following up all subcontractors responsible for the buildings.
Ensure the quality of electrical installations at site are done as per the project specifications.
Ensure that all the shop drawings are matching with the original design.
Ensure that all the materials installed at site are matching with the approved materials submittals.
Responsible for raising inspection request as per site work completed.
Review installations method statements for all systems.
Ensure the site work progress is running in line with the approved time schedule.
Coordination with other divisions engineers to ensure smooth running of the construction process.
Coordination between the consultant and subcontractor for all technical issues and inspections.
Assist MEP Manager in updating and achieving schedule requirements, electrical RFI’s and shop drawings and administrate electrical project completion requirements.
Supervision, To Prepare as-built drawings, Testing & Commissioning
I worked in sheraton hotel renovation, car parking Souq Waqif, lusail marina tower.
To do material estimation, to check work at site, testing & commissioning, test report for electrical works.
Maintenance works, Substations, Organization projects.
