Responsible for ensuring the smooth day to day management of the accounts.
Delivering the highest standards of customer service at all times including resolving enquiries
and complaints on their behalf.
Demonstrating an excellent working knowledge of the complete product range and advising
customers in the event of delivery delays and stock shortages.
Monitoring and controlling stock levels, placing orders and maintaining accurate record of
figures and takings for presentation to the Management and Head Office.
Providing management and support to members of the team and identifying and meeting their
individual training requirements.
Assisting with the recruitment of new members of staff and ensuring that they are updated on
relevant company and store information.
Additionally responsible for visiting clients to maintain the stronger business relationship.
Managing staff of 25 employees.
* Effective communication on necessary issues to managements
* Taking care of marketing contracts with different bodies such as sport clubs and TV.
* Ordering, receiving and invoicing products. Stock control and managing the inventory.
* Works closely with the Owner and Managing Director in order to maintain a continuous
knowledge of project status, to identify potential issues and/or opportunities related to the
project.
* Ensures that all processes and procedures are completed, quality standards are met and
profitability is measured.
* Communicates the client's demand and interests to the staff to set the goals and targets.
* Understanding of the company capabilities and services, and training the staff.
* Public relations for the center involving client retention and quality customer service.
* . Marketing and advertising for the center to generate new business.
* Develop relationships with all product line representatives to promote and generate sales
revenue for the center.
* Organize outside events to generate new business for the center. I.e. Trade show, citywide
events, fashion shows, etc.
* Human resource responsibilities
* Hands on approach to management of the center and the entire staff.
* Reporting to the Owner and Managing Director, providing regular input on all account
activity, including status and call reports on a weekly basis.
Handling the daily sales to meet the set budgets
* Introducing products via different channels to the consumers and give them more
information on benefits and features.
* Customer service after sale.
* Managing and training both sale support team and sales team for the better service
* Suggesting deals to maximize the sale
* Ensures that all processes and procedures are completed.
* Train the new joining staff for all the products and policy.
