- Built and managed a team of 26 talented developers and QA engineers, throughout the SDLC of the following Insurance Authority’s systems:
Insurance Entities licensing and registration: Manages the licensing, registration, renewal, for all insurance entities in UAE like Insurance companies, TPA, Brokers, Agents, actuaries, Consultants, and Loss & Damage adjusters.
E-Complaints: Manages the complaints against all insurance entities in UAE.
E-Inspection: Manages inspection plans and site visits by Insurance Authority representatives to the Insurance entities in UAE.
Follow up and enforcement: Manages the process of execution of penalties, and court sanctions as per the law against insurance entities.
E-Meetings: Manages the internal meetings in the Insurance Authority.
- Business & system analysis sessions with the Client’s business and technical teams based on the Insurance Federal Law and TRA standards.
- Built ETL structures to extract KPI data for the excellence department.
- Agile modeling and scrum project execution.
- Following up with the team, during scrum meetings, throughout the SDLC.
- Carried out POC and product presentations, in many of the major accounts such as QNIE, Mezzan group, BRF, masaf, Mai dubai and others.
- Systems integration with many of the major providors such as Honeywell RMS, ABB RMS, Opera PMS, SAP, GP.
- Analyzed and applied (ETL) to build business intelligence modules using MS SSAS, and Microsoft BI platform, to provide insight dashboards for the management and operations team.
- Managed the implementation of the following products & solutions:
MDM, EMM, UEM IoT solutions such as SOTI MobiControl, One Platform and Samsung KNOX solutions.
Sales automation solutions such as InVan.
Route and territory planning and optimization solutions such as Roadnet
Honeywell enterprise mobility solutions.
Supply chain optimization solutions such as Service Optimizer 99+
- Functional & technical analysis, and providing best practices where improvement is needed
- Carried out POC and product presentations.
- Systems integration with many of the major solutions such as Honeywell RMS, ABB RMS, Opera PMS, SAP, GP.
