Moreover, it is afiliated with united food industries (DEEMAH one of the biggest food processors organization in KSA). KEY PERFORMANCE HIGHLIGHTS
•Manage the efective preparation, review, and analysis of the monthly financial statements and management report in line with the internal timetable to ensure accuracy and completeness.
•Review monthly and annual tax calculations, arrange payment vouchers, record, and monitor tax payments to ensure accuracy and completeness.
•Devise annual business plans including sales forecasts and departmental objectives and monitor achievements
•Develop policies and procedures and monitor adherence
•Oversee accounting functions, including general ledger entries, accounts payable and receivable, and reconciliations.
•Provide insightful information and expectations to senior executives to aid in long-term and short-term decision making
•Work on key financial projects that drive improvement, including but not limited to cost analysis models and capital projects
•Present financial reports to board members and stakeholders in formal meetings .
•Implemented cost saving initiatives during economic downturns that maintained profitability .
•Determining financial objectives and designing and implementing systems, policies and procedures to facilitate financial control; guiding preparation of cash flow and bank reconciliation statements .
•Evaluate and decide upon key investments in equipment, infrastructure, and talent .
•Oversee and evaluate the performance of subordinates and Provide guidance and training to team members on financial and accounting principles.
•Managing external and internal audit process with big 4 firms like EY.KPMG and Deliotte.

•assessing investment opportunities using financial tools and time value of money such as future value .
•set objectives to improve the performance of accounting department .
•Ensuring that the financial reports efectively and eficiently in compliance with accounting principles .
•Monitoring payrolls and capital investments .
•Organizing the work of the finance staf and directing them to ensure finalizing the works on time and in an accurate manner.
Activity: Manufacturing Armored Vehicles, Joint venture with Jankel group UK.
•Ensuring that the duties of accounting cycle like GL, AR and AP is efectively and eficiently in compliance with accounting principles .
•Checking the works of the staf and correction of any deviation in performance and to manage his staf.
•Reporting and monitoring material reconciling items, outstanding accounts and discrepancies with proper corrective actions.
