Currently working as an IT Manager in the Head office of AlQalam Group, which has multiple Sub businesses in the Automotive Sector. As a new establishment, I got the opportunity to Plan, design and Deployed the complete IT Infrastructure of the companies under the Group.

§ ERP and Other applications (SD Team) Design, Development, update and Support
§ Preserves assets by implementing disaster recovery and back-up procedures and information security and control structures.
§ Accomplishes financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective action.
§ Perform server administration tasks, including user/group administration, security permissions, group policies, print services, research event log warnings and errors, and resource monitoring, ensuring system architecture components work together seamlessly
§ Monitor datacenter health using preexisting management tools and respond to hardware issues as they arise; help build, test, and maintain new servers as needed
§ Maintain internal infrastructure requirements including, laptop and desktop computers, servers, routers, switches, firewalls, printers, phones, security updates; support internet, intranet, LANs, WANs, and network segments
§ Interact with the help desk and other teams to assist in troubleshooting, identify root cause, and provide technical support when needed
§ Perform routine/scheduled audits of the systems, including all backups
Joined as a Senior IT Specialist at Almutakamela Vehicle testing Center, were I got the Opportunity to Build Complete IT Infra from Scratch
§ Coordinate With RTA(Dubai) for IT Integration (CIS and CMS)
§ Setting project goals and coming up with plans to meet those goals. Maintaining project timeframes, budgeting estimates and status reports(To CEO)
§ Managing resources for projects, such as computer equipment and employees. Coordinating project team members and developing schedules and individual responsibilities
