Duties
Preparing payments to vendors and maintaining their ledgers.
Clearing queries of vendors related to payment.
Preparation of Trust Receipts forms to bank.
Reconciling vendor ledgers, customer ledgers and bank accounts.
Preparing Daily, Monthly business Reports
Receiving inbound shipment and verifying the shipment with supplier invoice.
Preparing tally sheet for inbound shipment and provide necessary information’s as per operation team requirements.
Coordinating with various customers such as local and foreign and providing required information.
Coordinating with operation department for out bound shipment (AIR, SEA) and initiating without any fail.
Following instructions which I received from management and performing without hesitation
Ability to work computerized environment such as email, internet, MS office, data entry and Mirsal 2
Have excellent experience in WMS (warehouse Management System).
Have excellent experience in data entry works.
Preparing goods receipt note (CRN) in WMS system and sending those reports to various
Customer with updated stock report.
