•• Developing project baselines; monitoring and controlling projects with respect to cost, resource deployment, time over-runs and quality compliance to ensure satisfactory execution of projects.
• Supervising the construction process from the conceptual development stage through final construction, making sure that the project gets done on time and within budget.

• Measuring and preparing Bills of Quantities for various project elements.
• Determining the matter fairly, reasonably and in accordance with the Contract.
• Administrating contract’s variations, claims and conflicts along with making price estimation for any change in order.
• Anchoring on-site construction activities to ensure completion of project within the time & cost parameters giving high importance to quality and safety, with effective resource utilisation to maximise the output.
• Coordinating with consultants, contractors and complying with regulatory norms & timely completion of project.
• Submitting weekly, monthly progress report, financial progress and cost breakdown.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Oversees construction works of projects in accordance with the contract specifications, client’s instructions, work procedures approved drawings and method statements.
Controls project’s cost, time, scope and quality.
Handles all changes as instructed by the owner and relevant coordination with PMO
Liaises with PMO of any changes which may have time and cost implications on the project.
Monitors project resources and highlights deficiencies.
Monitors all productivity related activities of contractors’ staff, labour and plant on site.
Monitor work is carried out in accordance with contract documents and implement corrective action if needed.
Monitors and directs the quality assurance and quality control for work to be carried out as per project’s contract quality requirement.
Monitors master program and tracks critical paths and milestone for identifying them to contractor.
Ensures minutes of meetings are taken down for follow-up actions.
Follow-up of material submission, approval and procurement schedules.
Directs Quantity Surveyors in monthly evaluations.
Prepares monthly reports.
Approve, controls and monitors project safety and environmental plans.
Conducts on-going review of contract requirements as new instructions or documents are received fromClient. Identifies appropriate staff to carry out detailed reviews.
Liaises with sub-consultants, if any, to ensure all progressive works are well co-ordinated.
Ensures appropriate documents distribution among site team and follow up for the required actions by each site staff.
Upgrade the site team skills and prepare them for higher levels of responsibilities.
Ensure acceptable performance of site team and report to CPO-CSD on the same.
Main accountable and responsible for HSE compliance and implementation at project level. Enforce Integrated Mgt. System and Approve relevant Project HSE Plan and Procedures.
To ensure that the project is provided with certified, competent and adequate numbers of HSE staffs. Competent staff with skill, knowledge, experience and positive attitude.
Ensure provision of adequate resources for Health, Safety and Welfares of all Project employees.
Ensure Environmental programs for the protection from contamination and pollution control of project surroundings and natural resources. To eliminate or reduce environmental impact from office works and construction operation aspects.
Duties & responsibilities:
Co-ordinate the works of all site operations.
Leads the project team to deliver the project to the client.
Review with Client the required delivery dates, analyze and develop the project master schedule/program.
Meets Client requirement regarding deliverable, schedule & budget.
Provides team leadership in a multi-disciplined environment.
Coordinate design progress & production
Organize & lead progress meetings as per project schedule, prepare & distribute minutes of meeting
Ensure a safe environmentally & legally compliant culture and promote positive work environment.
Coordinate the information flow between the project team
Develop & implement contract administration, policies & procedures.
Overall management including planning, preparing, analyzing, documenting & managing the project.
Review all the RFI’s from the contractor and site officer.
Review the contractor’s claims.
Review the contractor’s progress.
Preside at weekly review, monthly and other progress meetings.
Participate in final inspection of the work.
Review the adequacy and accuracy of punch list.
Monitor final completion of work.
Review the as built drawings O&M manuals.
Duties & responsibilities:
Lead, direct & monitor the performance of all site engineers.
Monitor the work of staff members of all site engineers.
Ensure prompt exchange of correspondence, submittals & RFIs to all contractors.
Respond with appropriate and necessary leads of constructions, supervisions to provide quality assurance in accordance with the contract documents.
Advise & assist the contractor on construction procedure & contractual matters.
Co-ordinate the construction work with local authorities and contractor.
Observe the safety procedure followed by the contractors, issue instruction as necessary to correct safety violations.
Review the construction change order proposal.
Review the contractor progress. Monitor the work performed, the materials incorporated in the work, the material stored at the site & contractors manpower 7 equipments.
Attend weekly, monthly and other progress meeting held at the sites.
Identify the constraints and recommend the corrective measures.
Prepare and transmit all site directions and instructions.
Ensure the correctness and completion of as built drawings.
Assist in the final inspection of the work.
Assisting the handover of the completed facilities.
Bachelor of Civil Engineering, University of Bangalore, Karnataka India – 1990
