• Issue and review Project Quality Management Plans (PQP) as per RFP and Project specifications.
• Issue and review Inspection and Test Plans (ITP) as per Code and Project specifications.
• Third parties and Sub-contractor’s co-ordination and assessment.
• Implement customer satisfaction survey and use feedback for continual improvement.
• Insure closing of NCRs with client on time as per standard and project specifications.
• Interpreted and review Testing reports against the codes.
• Resolve problems and issues as they relate to departmental scope and management of staff personnel.
• Responsible on studying applicable codes, standard and specification to Extract the acceptance criteria.
