- Wincor Nixdorf ATM’s Support including SW, HW, Installation, and Implementation.

* Data Card Printer and Card Issuance Systems “Visa & ATM Card Printers” for Arab Bank, CAB-Cairo Bank, and Housing Bank “SW & HW”.
- First Level Support, installed, configured, and managed REDHAT Linux System with DB “Oracle 10g” configuration. Provided on-phone support for Wincore Nixdorf ATM Machines problems.
- Second Level Support, installed, configured, and maintained S2M Banking System, included train IT stuff on using and managing the system for Jordan Ahli Bank- JAB.
- On-Site support technician, installed, configured, and maintained “SW & HW” Wincore Nixdorf ATM Machines either for first time use, or on-call service for Arab Islamic Bank-AIB "26 ATMs", and Jordan Ahli Bank- JAB "6 ATMs".
- On-Site support technician, installed and maintained Evolis Card Printers “ID and ATM printers” for many clients including JAB and EUROCUPS.
