Maintain employees leave and attendance, record performance and issue disciplinary notices.
•Process payroll, which includes vacation, sick time and other leaves.
•Process entire procedure on visa requirements, transfer, cancellations and renewals.
•Arrange domestic and international travel plans and itineraries including visa process, accommodation, transportation, transfers and other requirements.
•Office logistics.
•Lead end-to-end recruitment and make new employees aware with the company’s policies and assist them with on board requirements.
•Organise team building initiatives and overall support for maintenance of organisational culture and employee morale.
•Coordinate and manage office activities, and provide administrative duties to ensure smooth operations and achievement of daily objectives.
•Handle confidential information, maintain filing system and ensure the security of records, correspondence and documents.
•Develop relations with reliable vendors and minimise office expenditure by negotiating with suppliers and service providers.
•Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences and events.
