Heading the entire shop floor production planning and Delivery (Sequencing),

Responsible for Bike radiator, Condenser, Industrial Radiator core building and charge air cooler(Extruded tube), Oil cooler (Draw&Cup, Bar&Plate)for the generators and earth movers,
Identifying and implementing KAIZEN, Cost reduction in production & packing process,
Mentoring and guiding the team to achieve best quality and safe work environment,
Responsible for CAB brazing of all radiators and condensers, charge air coolers, oil coolers,
Handled high pressure leak test under water leak, and Helium leak test,
Coordinating with Fabrication team to get the radiator & CAC headers and tanks, welded cores,
Coordinating with the coating team to complete the powder coating over the bike radiator,
Responsible to complete the monthly schedule and achieving the sales target,
