• Daily update financial position for all currencies and bank
account into Group web based
• Daily update treasury planning contains cash activities
(cash in/out) for all currencies and bank account
• Montlhy report of financial flash which contains actual
payment and receipt also for four months forecast
financial activities
• Weekly send information related cash receipt and
invoices
Ensure all fixed asset tagged
Ensure balance of fixed asset are inline with Financial Statement
Review end of CIP period
Ensure all CIP are capitalize to fixed asset properly
Review of useful life
Conduct physical fixed asset observation
Lead migration database to SAP
• Monthly review and submit timesheet manhours for
Indonesia, Asia & Malaysia and ensure there are no
missing hours or only tolerable missing hours will be
input in SAP.
• Input Standard Labor Rate & Standard Allocation Rate
and copies to SAP as manhour and labor cost base
• Checking transportation invoices to allocated users
cost centre
• Create WBS in web based as requested by project
controller
• Perform monthly closing including revenue accruals
calculation calculation and posting
• Monthly accrual severance allowance for expatriate
• Monthly reclassification journal transaction of training
from WBS to cost centre
• Monthly calculation and generate report on revenue
accrual to provide amount to be posted
• Monthly provide Management report power point
including Overhead Manhour, PnL
• Provide labor cost report.
• Perform fixed asset and stock opname
• Handle all assets accounting activities i.e register,
retirement, transfers, useful life, depreciation
• Prepare, review, and posting of manual journal entries
(based on business partner)
• Maintain all operational expenses (opex) related on
prepaid and deffered charges
• Monitoring of Capital Expenditure (capex) related
budget, completion date, capitalization, Internal
Control
• Ensure the balance of fixed asset, capex, prepaid and
deffered charges to prepare financial report
• Presents capex and fixed asset validation report as
source of forecasting
• Conduct Internal Control to provide and handle audit
checks (internal, external, and regional)
• Maintain and control customer’s credit limit
• Maintain the Guarantee Bank of customer’s
• Generate weekly aging report from transformational dan transactional sales
• Monitoring customer habits and list for blocking delivery
• Prepare and Posting payment from customers
• Generate DSO (Day Sales Operational) report
• Handle purchase invoice and tax invoice
