My role in transport is to monitor the movement of the fleet in way of using GPS. And also to train drivers, We are running on a very big fleet about 1, 000 fleet of vehicles in the country and me being a person in charge.My mandate are that vehicles are supposed to perform its required duty most of the duties are operational duties.
am also involved in warfare of drivers a s well as vehicles in terms of maintenance.However, i have been this job from my training up-to this time and this marks my eleventh year in my experience.Am also involved procurement of vehicles, and advise police in particular on what to buy e.g selection of vehicles according to its specification.Otherwise this is my brief background of what i do.
I have been to a quiet number of seminars within my work as in government and as in school per say.I Have gained some experience learning from my other counterparts, from other organizations. The award i have received are certificate of participation in transport seminar short course.
