Falcon Aviation has a number of VIP aircraft (Embraer 135/145, 170/190), Gulfstream 450 and DHC8-Q400. Primary duties as B2 Avionic Technician to troubleshoot and modify all avionic/electrical systems on board aircraft. DHC8-Q400 out station deployments on as required basis to West Africa (Dakar, Senegal) and Almaty, Kazachstan. Instrumental in creating Aircraft Battery Shop in Dakar, Senegal, and reorganized Battery Shop in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
Aug. 1/10 to Aug. 1/13: Avionics Specialist - self-employed as consultant for Dash8-Q400, B767ER and B757ER electrical/avionics systems. Employed in Technical Service Support Group (TSSG) with Air Niugini, providing Systems analysis of aircraft for recurring defects. Producing plans for rectifying defects and ensuring aircraft troubleshooting by personnel are carried out in a logical and timely manner. DHC8-100/200/300, Q400 aircraft in service with Air Niugini. Supervisor for department. Instructor qualified. PCT instructor for Q400 aircraft.
May 20/07 to November 15/07: Avionics Contractor working with Globetech Aviation, providing avionics support for Field Aviation major modification program on Dash 8-300's. Involved in troubleshooting of aircraft systems, and ensuring modifications on aircraft coincide with customer demands.
May 15/06 to May 15/07: Avionics Contractor working with Direct Technical Services (DTS), providing avionics support for projects with Bombardier Customer Service. Involved with Dash 8-Q400 introduction in South Africa, Japan and South Korea, providing expertise in Avionics for troubleshooting and modifications. Worked on Modifications for Dash-8-300, at Field Aviation, Toronto.
June 27/05 to May 12/06: Avionics Contractor working at Keystone Helicopters, PA. Performing all electrical/avionics modifications on Sikorsky S 76, S 92 Helicopters and final delivery checks for Customer Service Department.
Jan. 01/03 to June 15/05: AZ driver qualified, as Long Haul Driver for Grant Transport, and Robert Transport. Cross Border transport of goods, with working knowledge of Customs. Hazmat load qualified and transport of Hazmat goods performed.

Avionics Crew Chief in "A" Check hangar, supervising 10 avionics technicians. Involved in deployments outside Canada, rectifying aircraft snags.
Jan. 01/76 to March 6/88: Employed as Avionics Technician in Canadian Armed Forces. Performed all Avionics Maintenance Duties on CP-107 "Argus" and CP-121 "Tracker". Involved in numerous deployments as Crew Chief. Became Line Maintenance Crew Chief of 35 personnel servicing CP-121 aircraft. Achieved rank of Sgt, and became Junior Leadership School Instructor at CFJLS Summerside.
