Reporting directly to the CEO regarding monthly and annual sales growth and plans. Organizing and managing the team to achieve the required targets.
-Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures achievement of company sales goals and profitability.
-Lead, manage & motivate the account executives to make sure that the customer is served with maximum quality mirroring the quality of products while focusing on achieving the maximum sale possible.
-Prepares action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales lead and forecast.
-Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets.
-Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed.
-Assists Account Executives in preparation of proposals and presentations.
-Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
-Gain new business across the entire product portfolio through negotiation at the appropriate level within the customer’s organizational structure.
-To maintain existing customers, maximizing loyalty, and ensuring service standards are exceeded at all times.
-Build "partnership" relationships with strategic customers, ensuring that contacts at various levels are nurtured.
-Lead and manage customer presentations and proposals, to ensure that there is a common understanding of service expectations and solutions.
-Consulting over 200 customers, which service to use, what formalities needed, and storage facilities in order to achieve their plans within the budget.
-Study of competitors activities, prices, and services (swot analysis)
-Provide a high level of customer service and professionalism taking into consideration that all DHL customers have an express requirement and are looking for immediate action.
-Deal competently with customer complaints and take all possible actions to solve the issue to their fullest satisfaction.
-Train new customer service agents on day to day counter activities including system maintenance, cash collection and shipment profiling. Train all counter agents on selling techniques and customer profiling to increase and maximize the profit per shipment.
-Ensure the store and the customer area appearance is at the highest level of cleanliness, order and professional look.
-Maintain the store’s inventory through daily checks against the ledger and sales report.
-Maintain accurate reports of the daily cash sale in order to accurately replenish the inventory and generate sales trends and customer purchasing habits.
