A banking role that required knowledge of Service Level Agreements with the Banks and their reporting systems. My skills in drafting bond documents, signing bond documents with clients and handling large volumes of files where I had to draft documents for client signature and learn to use the Banks systems were challenged and sharpened.
A role I created by running a satellite office in Sandton Johannesburg. The head office of the firm was in Bloemfontein. I offered a full range of Conveyancing services to clients in Gauteng province. My expertise in all areas of Conveyancing namely: Transfers, Bonds, and Bond cancellations, along with my marketing skills and business acumen were all sharpened while I headed this small practice.
An independent role to fill in the gap between Candidate Attorneys and Senior Associates. I learned the basics of Conveyancing and started to do my own transfers.
As a Candidate Attorney I learned the court processes, both in The High Court and in the Magistrates Court. I assisted in Divorce litigation, Motor vehicle insurance claims, and general administrative duties for my seniors.
