Scope of Work:
The EPC of Photovoltaic Parks includes the following works:
- Design, Procured, Installation and Commissioning of:
o The PV parks (Structural Supports, Cabling, Security,
SCADA, Package Substations
o External MV power networks (underground and above ground)
o Seven (7) Substations of 20kV/150kV and connection with the National Power Grid
o HV Steel Lattice Power Towers for the National Power Grid

Scope of Work:
The EPC of Upgrade Pier Facilities at Tanajib included the following works:
Electro-Mechanical Scope
- Modification of existing substations, power supply for new buildings and upgrade of existing facilities
- Construction of utility stations in new and existing berths and replacement of underground utilities (Water, Air, Oil etc)
- Construction of new storage steel tanks for Diesel (1, 200, 000 USG) along with pumps
- Construction of 6 new full automated Silo stations
- Installation of new CP systems along the quay wall
- Construction of new Sewage and Oily water lift stations
- Installation of new Process control systems such as TMS and Vessel Traffic Management
- Installation of new fire water loop piping around the new expansion area.
- Fuel Pumps, Fire water Pumps, Oily Water Lift Stations, Sewage Lift Stations, Potable Water Pumps, Effluent Water Pump (Total 58 No)
- Preparation of as-built drawings, inspection, testing and pre- commissioning, assistance in commissioning
Pier Expansion:
- Dredging: Approximately 318, 454 m2 to a depth of 8-meter LAT Quay Wall:
- Upgrade of Existing Berths Quay Wall: (1, 558 m)
- Construction of New Berths / Quay Wall: (849 m)
- Construction of a new utility stations on all existing berths (21)
- Installation of Navigation Buoys
- Relocation of existing (six) Dry Chemical Silo Stations
- Construction of two steel tanks with pumps for Safra Oil (75, 000 US Gallons each)
- Construction of a heavy lift area to bear the load capacity of the 400 Tons capacity crane
Bid Projects:
1) Design & Construction of 11K and 13M Substations (5 Substations from 13.8 kV to 115 kV + Expansion of a 380 kV Substation + U/G Transmission Lines 115 kV)
2) Design and Construction 8H Substation (Including Transmission Lines, Expansion of existing 380 kV Substation)
3) Design & Construction of 11K Substation (2 Substations 34.5 kV to 115 kV + Expansion of a 380 kV Substation + U/G Transmission Lines 115 kV)
• Responsible for the day to day execution of the contract in accordance with the
contract documents, plans and specifications
• Communicate with and assist the Project Director
• Acting as Interface Manager
• Assists in quality control inspection
• Reviews and recommends disposition of all payment requests
• Responsible for making recommendations and assisting in the administration of
the construction budget.
• Ensures the maintenance of a master file of project documents, including plans,
specifications, maintenance manuals, line diagrams, warranties and special
instructions through the completion of projects.
• Assists the HSE manager for establishment of safety program applicable to employees
and visitors having access to construction site.
• Review construction project change requests to ensure compatibility with user needs,
design standards, drawings and intent of contract.
• Follows up with project team to ensure that work assignments are completed on time.
• Prepares performance evaluations, responds to grievances and manages overall
performance of employees
• Assist in the identification and qualification of the various sub-contractors required for
the project
• Monitor and ensure schedule performance and quality work manship of subcontractors
• Participating in construction meetings, resolving disputes, providing ongoing
feedback, and coordinating project punch list and close-out.
• Dealing with the main suppliers of GRP pipes 2.8m dia, Motorized Valves, Control Valves, Electrical Panels

• Managed a multinational team of sixty (60) employees and ensured staff motivation was
maximised to meet deadlines and satisfy business priorities
• Managed all electrical activities for the construction of the fuel oil receiving terminal -
jetty system, non-technical buildings and chimney (150m) . Project value approx US$
70, 000, 000.
• Responsible for the design, materials procurement, installation and commission all the electrical works for the above projects.
• Co-ordinated electrical works within the J/V consortium companies
• Negotiated acquisition of all major project equipment such as loading arms, quick
release hooks, HVAC, fire fighting, metering, and navigational systems
• Organized and trained client representatives in all electromechanical systems for safe
unloading and submitted operational and maintenance manuals for all the E/M
systems
• Supervised fire alarm, cathodic protection, heat tracing, metering and all the navigational systems
• Completed commissioning and start-up activities for seven fuel discharges from 100, 000 DWT tankers
