1. Actively manage day-to-day Warehouse Operations - Pick-Pack and Ship, Receiving and Order Fulfillment for each Distribution Centres and Branches

21. Responsible for the progressive disciplinary process in the area of counseling, oral and written warnings; ensures a productive labor climate in the warehouse operation.
22. Hold Team Members Accountable to Key Performance Standards, Regular Attendance, Training Programs, etc
23. Manage teams of workers and deal with personnel issues such as the recruitment, training and discipline of the appraisal of the staffs
24. Design, develop and Implement the Standard Operating Procedures by Functional Area throughout the warehouse
25. Producing the Regular Reports and Statistics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
26. Generates warehouse productivity reports, in regard to selection rates, receiving rates, and accounts for all labor hours, both direct and indirect. Adheres to budget requirements and works toward obtaining objectives and division goals.
