- Responsible for managing the renovation and upgrading work of a residential triplex in the Pearl Area.
(The work covered all: electrical, plumbing, gypsum board, tiles work, ac pipe insulation, ducts realignment, paint jobs and gardening).
- Provide leadership, delegate tasks as required and planned to the project teams to achieve and keep on track all the details within the project time frame.
- Plan, coordinate, oversee project renovations and commissioning.

Oversee restaurant, bar and storage room operations. Implement training manuals and manage the training of employees. Plan and conduct staff meetings. Consult regularly with the team to coordinate activities, assign and check work, resolve problems. Plan work schedules.
Run and assist as necessary with all operations, which may include: customer service, food preparation, bartending, cleaning and organizing, cooking preparation, dishwashing, restocking, menu development and large party reservations.
Prepare a variety of administrative/operations reports and records; timesheets, daily staffing reports, inventories, cash reports.
