Senior role position, responsible for planning and managing high complexity and large scale projects to all LATAM, also acting as Commercial Project Manager for the Baker Hughes a GE Company / Flow & Process Technologies division. This role includes, but not limited to: project planning and execution and continuos client´s support and focal point, ensuring the efficiency of deliverable´s and supporting business finance goals aligned with client ´s expectation. High level of interpersonal skills, customer relationship management, cross functional teams leadership. Mitigate and report any risks and proactively implement solutions and facilitate the communication and negotiation between business and client. Operational Support during new requests for proposal on complex & large scale projects in the LATAM region. Assure region numbers and cash flow, raising margins, reducing backlog and enforcing on time delivery, contractual milestone invoicing. Leadership on multiple remote teams, distributed in 3 different continents and 6 countries.
Leadership position responsible for planning and managing the delivery of business solutions and
associated services for national and global customers.
This includes, but not limited to: project planning, estimating, execution,
ongoing support, ensuring the efficiency of deliverable's in support of business
goals and objectives on a PMO structure. High level of interpersonal skills and relationship
management capability. Track, optimize, forecast, and report
financial cost elements (margin and expense management), and Identify
and report any risks and proactively implement solutions. Implemented a full regional Project's PMO
structure within Flow & Technology business,
assuring, assigning roles and training all cross functional teams through all
PMBOK process, and Agile Methodology implementation and team leadership.
Control Project from order acceptance / commercial hand over to final delivery,
controlling scheduling, and matricial management of several teams including
production, supply chain, sourcing, services, logistics and finance, controlling
margin variations, revenue, invoicing and owning customer communication,
stakeholder expectations a any conflict resolution on a PMO structure.
International experience acquired working for three years as factory PM at GE
Sensing, Billerica, MA - USA, following Agile Project methodology. Supported
and developed the implementation of a SAP Project structure module and WBS for M&S Projects, that served as a base model for the entire Global M&S SAP Project Teams.
Responsible Contract Analysis, Contract Management, Cost Analysis and Project Coordination with factory located in USA. Lead Time and Schedule Contro reporting and management. Owned business inspection compliance to Petrobras´s requirements or other major EPC companies. Self driven initiative to accomplish Ex-proof INMETRO certification with recognized Brazilian Government OCP company. Technical Documentation management, Data Book review and analysis. First line of contact with the customers and held responsible for any changes management and issue resolution till project delivery. Customer Relationship Support and Factory´s Direct Link between USA team and Brazil´s team.
Major Industrial Companies Inspection Contract Coordinator, Expediting and Technical Reviewer. Active
Contract Review and Coordination, along with the
Commercial Manager, owning the direct contact with costumer, actions, reports and managing free
lance or third party inspectors.
Management of local and International Inspection, with quality assurance
police for products acquired locally or overseas. Manage and conduct supplier
audit, analyses and selection consulting.
Team management close to 30 inspectors and human resource support to select and acquire qualified
new employees according to customer's the
contract needs.
Report creation and audit analysis results presentations in English for foreign and local customers,
supporting and appointing changes for corrective quality
actions on products.
Quality Assurance Trainee responsible to check if all client's quality
requirements were been applied in Manufacturing, Certifications and Working
Demands.
Quality requirements analyses and implementation; Production Plan review;
Drawings updates;
Incomplete Major, transferred to Production Engineering, successfully completed.
