Supervision of works in various maintenance works regarding in civil works such as
Crack Repairing / Painting Works / Finishing Works and Road Work repair up to Road
Marking including signedges
Investigate the type of cracks and make report and submit to the clients/consultans
submitance of method statement/ material approval before markup
Prepare and submit document report / inspection request / acceptance of work request
Work schedule / target date scheduling / material ordering
Responsible in all equipment assigned in my area to ensure the condition of all equipment
Are safe to use to maximize the use of it
Responsible in checking the condition of site work free from hazard that may not affect
The execution of work to be done as per work schedule
Responsible in manpower distribution as per work order is required in each area
Responsible in material handling to minimize the wastedge being use at site
Coordinate to my engeener on target date shedule / submittal of daily manpower report
Weekly progress report
Analize the hazard on site and prepared HSE plan permit to work before start of work
Conduct safety toolboxs topic before start of work as per work being carried out to
Prevent incedent and accident so every body goes home safe

Responsible in all mould fabrication for pre stress beams/double tee/ colum
parapets/cornice /stairs /anti blast walls / ring beams / fench / panels / and
panels with special design.
Responsible in checking of all the mould being fabricated on its exact dimension
of width/ height/ and length before request for inspection with Q.C prior for
steelplacement before concreting.
Responsible of pre stressing of strand for beams/double tee on its exact fulling bar strength/ elongation. Before final inspection prior for concreting
Coordinate to my superior regarding of sequence of mould to be fabricated as per
site delivery prior for erection.
Responsible in checking all issued drawing if there is conflict in electrical/mechanical
embedded items before fabricated.
Responsible in manpower handling and distribution of work assignment / material ordering / power tools being use in factor
Conducting daily toolbox meeting to avoid accident so everybody goes home safe
Responsible in supervision of shuttering works in foundation footings / colum pedestal
extrenger/ vessels /pump foundation / compressor / sum pit / cable trench /octagons
foundationand pipe racks colums/beams using the aluminum foster wheeler framing system
Responsible in checking of all embedded items where in place such as bolts/ plates before
final checking of Q.C prior for concreting.
Responsible in checking of all forms in its alignment/ vertical/leveling up to bracing to stand
and can carry the load pressure of concrete to be poured.
Coordinate to my supervisor regarding on work schedule/ sequence of work target date
and distribution of manpower.
