•Create purchase order entry and order confirmation entry using the ERP system.
•Preparing and editing purchase orders from various departments.
•Placing purchase orders to the suppliers or vendors and ensuring that documentation is in order, with terms and conditions being clear.
•Maintaining a filing system in the purchase department and updating appropriate records when required.
•Should be able to incoming phone calls as to provide assistance and refer the call to other department or appropriate person.
•Perform to assist in every department regarding in entering of data.
•Receive and respond the queries in every sales officer regarding inquiries from corresponding project consultant of the company.
•Maintains detailed and accurate records in analytical cases enabling data will easy to retrieve.
•Performs quality control checks on systems records information data and remove the unnecessary information in accordance with the establish procedures.
•Performs special project related in data entry as necessary.
•Provide the total maximum support to every department related to managing the data entry.
•Testing of any kind project handled such as related into field of my job.
•Analysis of entering data before posting into the system.
