o Recruited to lead two projects on the enterprise-wide Data Transformation Programme at Castleforge, a real-estate private equity company focussed in the London property market.
o Delivered workstreams dedicated to Data Strategy and Data Warehouse Design & Implementation, identifying weaknesses in current data ecosystem whilst looking to improve data integrity through mapping and redesign of key deal sourcing, asset management and quarterly reporting processes.
o Carried out workshops to gather essential data points and was tasked with building a comprehensive Data Dictionary, Reporting Inventory and integrated Target Operating Model & Capability Framework.
o Worked alongside a dedicated PowerBI SME to capture user journeys, gather data requirements and build investor-friendly reports, whilst challenging outmoded processes and procedures.
o Onboarded to the Data Privacy Advisory team as Security Consultant and GDPR SME and tasked with uploading DPIAs and LIAs to the recently implemented industry-standard platform, OneTrust.
o Led a critical Data Privacy project to completion, having been tasked with capturing ROPAs (Records of Processing Activities) across the business, delivering the project successfully in December 2022.
o Designed and rolled out a new Data Subject Access Request form using the OneTrust Privacy Rights Automation Suite, providing an effective time and resource-saving process for the Privacy Risk team.
o Consulted, advised and provided feedback on all data privacy assessment construction, including the handling of key risks, system notifications, and offering guidance on questionnaire best practice.
