• Involved end-to-end throughout the audit process from the preparation of the audit plan to the deliverables and have lead and conducted various internal control reviews and internal audits for procurement, warehouse and supply chain, sales & marketing, fixed assets, financial controls, planning & production, budgeting & MIS;
• Maintain client relationships at the appropriate level and present a favourable impression of the firm;
• Act with objectivity, independence and integrity at all times;
• Delivered training sessions to the client regarding Anti-money Laundering (AML);
• Provide timely feedback to managers in relation to ongoing job performance with a view to avoiding surprises.
• Demonstrates an understanding of business processes, risks and controls, including regulatory requirements and related accounting issues, and helping clients implement appropriate processes and systems for governance and control purposes;
• Carry out the fieldwork in accordance with the audit program;
• Document findings and observations in the audit file and discussing with the engaged manager on daily basis;
• Prepare Audit Committee presentations, reports and schedules that will be delivered to clients and other parties;
• Develop and maintain productive working relationships with client personnel;
• Identifying the opportunities that will add value to client and will enhance the efficiency of the company’s operations; and
• Ensure that the client in compliance with regulatory instructions such as Central Bank of Kuwait and Capital Market Authorities.
• Assist in the development in workflows and P&P’s
• Ability to manage and assist team members

• Develop an understanding of all business areas by visiting locations periodically
• Identify the key risk factors each business activity within the scope of the audit
• Assist GFC in identifying control procedures to measure and control each type of risk
• Follow up on previous reports and problems identified to monitor action taken
• Regularly test control relating to inventory, debtors and cash to ensure compliance
• Conduct surprise audit of petty cash and physical stocks with book records by counting
• Issue periodical internal audit reports for each business area
