Working closely with Security and Police within the City Centre to prevent retail loss and Anti-Social Behaviour. Arresting and holding when necessary Shoplifters and other criminals. Until Police Authorities arrive to take them away. Ensuring all CCTV Cameras, Fire and Intruder alarms are operating as per required specifications. Ensuring the centre is locked down and secured out of hours. Communicating with night staff during emergencies. Carrying out property inspections ensuring all tenants are up to date in all aspects of Health and Safety. I also carry out the responsibilities of Duty Centre Manager.
