excavation, breaking down piles to cut off and dewatering for a 9 Towers, hotel, and large podium development. The job was
performed in 3 phases. Perimeter secant wall first, foundation piles, dewatering & bulk excavation and pile testing second, followed
by precise excavation to building foundations profile for towers and podium cap followed by pile breaking and pile integrity testing.
Total contract value was $58m USD.
