Under Budget Unit
1) Processes all financial transactions/budget of the project at the regional level
2) Monitors & reviews the status of funds & financial transactions per Work and Financial Plan (WFP) with strict adherence to the cost parameters established.
3) Ensures the legality, propriety, accuracy & completeness of requested claims for all financial transactions involving the project.
4) Ensures that charges against the Loan Proceeds are in accordance with World Bank (WB) and Asian Development Bank (ADB) Policies.
5) Prepares the Uses of Funds by Project Activity (UFPA) and Statement of Expenditures (SOE) for WB & ADB.
