o This role enables the Team Lead to manage a team of 40 technically inclined engineers in providing design and implementation responsibilities and report the operational status to management. The focus of the role is to ensure that engineers comply with the company's policies and keep track of the team's quality of work and productivity.
o Facilitate technical and process training for new engineers to ensure readiness for process compliance and implementations.
o Oversee live implementations done by the other engineers and provide technical support when issues are encountered.

o Provide 4th level support to Verizon Business Managed network
o Provide life cycle support for changes to already managed devices
o Provide ongoing consultation to customer related to network changes
o Plan and recommend end of life remediation for network equipment
o Network Diagram or design creation/update.
o Review network design topology architecture
o Performing the following standard changes
o Prepare moderate to complex Verizon customer's network designs/schematics to address specific customer network solution requirements.
o Configure Verizon customer's WAN/LAN/WLAN/WAN Optimization/Accelerator equipment in a complex environment.
o Troubleshoot Verizon customer's WAN/LAN/WLAN/WAN Optimization/Accelerator network issues.
o Prepare Verizon customer work orders containing instructions to be used by technicians to configure network hardware and software.
o Work with Verizon customer's technical teams to provide solutions for customer's inter-networking communication requirements.
o Configure Verizon customer's WAN/LAN/WLAN/WAN Optimization/Accelerator equipment in a complex environment.
o Prepare Verizon customer work orders containing instructions to be used by technicians to configure network hardware and software.
o Work with Verizon customer's technical teams to provide solutions for customer's inter-networking communication requirements.

•Opportunistically pursues additional business development opportunities within customer firms.
•Monitors customer support for technical solutions proposed throughout the sales process, and alerts the sales and account teams to potential risks of deal closure.
