Andrew was working within the Contract Administration team tasked with leading and assisting
with the Claims, Legal, and contractual matters. Provision of Contractual advice and guidance to
all entities when managing claims, disputes, and ADR in accordance with the Contract.

(NR bespoke Contracts - RT18, NR9, NR12 based on ICC form of Contracts
Andrew managed several civil engineering contract and Fit-out packages concurrently right
from procurement, administering contract, commercial management, and final account closure
to handover of sections of works complete.
Duties & Responsibilities
• Day to day post-contract management of accounts - procurement, application,
payments.
• Management of project change control process and change registers to ensure all
identified changes are dealt with and closed out. (Instructions, variations, assessments).
• Management of claims change orders with the subcontractors.
• Management of project cost reporting and cost forecasting process.
• Management of subcontractor performance against agreed deliverables.
• Custodian of the change and early warning registers with the subcontractors & client

financial issues, claims, reports, meetings with the client and any other third parties involved.
