Team Expansion and Leadership: Doubled the team size from 4 to 8 members and, through effective leadership, doubled pipeline, contracts, invoicing, and collection value in just 4 years. On track to break company records this year by securing contract values equivalent to the previous year's total within the first 8 months.

Project Acquisition: Successfully solicited an average of 90-130 projects annually for the past 5 years, totalling over 500 projects. Currently engaged in major GIGA projects in KSA, including 14 NEOM projects, in partnership with prestigious PIF.

Market Expansion: Expanded the domestic footprint by collaborating with local consultants and securing projects with American and European offices.

Team Leadership: Spearheaded a dynamic team, including 1 accountant, 3 BD assistants, 2 estimators, 1 IT technician, and serving as the BD and Commercial Director.

Contract Management: Managed the end-to-end contract process, from prequalification, bid sourcing, screening, pricing, submission, to deal closure. This includes contract negotiation and thorough contract reviews.

Financial Oversight: Developed project budgets and effectively managed production costs to ensure financial efficiency.

Stakeholder Management: Skilfully resolved issues between stakeholders on-site to maintain project timelines and prevent budget overages.

Client and Consultant Liaison: Acted as a crucial interface between clients, lead design consultants, architects, and sub-consultants to facilitate project success.

  • Winding down the day
    At the end of the day I enjoy keeping active by heading down to the gym and walking my dogs. A fan of high impact activities such as hiking and zip-lining to more leisurely activities including the occasional barbeque with my family. I enjoy reading, watching movies, catching up on the latest sports and running out for The Beaver Nomads, a Dubai based social rugby team.
