Responsible in back of the house and park operation of air-conditioning which data log in of temperature in the park, lightings, power supply and operation of variable program or props.
● Response in emergency call for fire alarm, staff complaint in equipment malfunction and concern in the operation of the park.
● Preventive maintenance of electrical room, boiler room, all type of electric car including man lift, fountain pump operation, signages and simulation/variable program in every establishment.
● Fabrication, repair in civil work and paintings.
● Maintain operation of Air handling units, pumps, heating units and exhaust fans.
● Changed and clean filters on all HVAC equipment’s, fan motor replaced in FCU, clear clogged drains and cleaning of refrigeration unit of ice house.
Mechanical Eletrical Fire and Plumbing Maintenance Technician including most civil works and painting job.
Logged detailed and thorough records of maintenance performed.
•Responsible in on call of client complaint and emergency call.
•Checked, tested and replaced faulty components, smoke and heat detectors, break glass and call point, annunciator and bells, back up battery.
•Completed light fabrication duties, including welding and pipefitting, replacing of all types of valve, fire hose drum, nozzle and fittings.
•Maintain Air handling units, chillers, cooling tower, pumps, heating units and exhaust fans.
•Changed and clean filters on all HVAC equipment’s, replaced compressor, fan motor and clear clogged drains.
•Responsible in repair and maintenance of all electrical components such MTS, portable generators controller, motor controls, convenience outlets and lightning fixtures.

Responsible in building operation and maintenance of chillers, cooling tower, generators, LVSG, HVSG, ATS, BMS server, CCTV, FDAS, firefighting equipment’s, sewage tank, pumps, gas line, parking lots and helipad.
•Response in emergency calls such fire alarm and assistance to our client.
•Secure 24/7 operation of all elevators, required temperature at data center and UPS, door access, sensors and alarm.
•Maintaining and repair lighting fixtures, meeting room’s divider, comfort room components, devices and sensors including piping and fittings.
•Duty to educate my team, in terms of technical, upcoming event, seminar, safety and health awareness.
•Fire brigade and rescuer trained.
Retrofitting and installation of HVAC equipment’s such as package type, split type, FCU, AHU, sand trap, chemical housing filter, exhaust fan, bleed fan, supply fan and chillers.
•Electrical wiring and piping installation of protection and monitoring devices in HVAC equipment’s.
•Assemble of PLC for HVAC equipment’s, also testing and commissioning.
•Fabrication and installation of mounting base, bracket, ducting, diffuser and dampers.
•Responsible in safety of employees permit receiver and fire watchman/manhole watch certified and well trained in every plant that we have project.
•Reporting and encoding of our job progress, punch list and material list.
Monthly preventive maintenance in all pumps, motors and sequencing batch reactor (SBR) blowers at sewage treatment plant (STP), mostly in all SM malls, Ayala real estate, St. Luke’s, Medical City, Chinese Gen. Hospital, Sisters of Mary, and some school, building and residential.
•Inspection, calibration, de clogging and troubleshooting of sensor, submersible pump, centrifugal pump and motor for waste water tank which controlled by programmable logic control sequence.
•Overhauling of SBR blowers, submersible pump, centrifugal pump and all types of motor, such dismantle of gears, bearings, oil seal, shafts seal and lobes, and also cleaning, lubricating, timing of lobes and greasing.
•Immediately response in all emergency situations at STP, to prevent shutdown of operation or process of wastewater.
