To co-ordinate the registration work between UNHCR and TCRS
To organize the office and register refugees
To supervise registration exercise
To ensure the wellbeing of registration clerks
To help in sensitizing the refugees on their registration
To control discipline among workers
To assess and produce daily reports on the registration work
To present registration reports to the Ministry of Home Affairs, UNHCR and TCRS
To make decisions concerning editing the database
To arrange and organize meetings between registration clerks, TCRS and UNHCR
To conduct interviews with refugees
To prepare necessary documents for naturalization application
To prepare repatriation forms and cargo manifest
To identify and organize for refugees who are vulnerable (Unsound mind, Expecting mothers, Elders and Disabled)
To co-ordinate the registration work between UNHCR and TCRS
