• Coordinating the implementation of the joint programme between WFP and the Government of Zimbabwe on the Social welfare programme for distributing food commodities to the need across the country.

•Produce monthly EDP management fees invoice and secondary transporters invoices i.e. compiling transporters invoices, ensuring distances, tonnage received at distribution points, and transport rates applied for payment are correct.
•Produce monthly explanatory notes for both EDP management and secondary transporters.
•Ensuring that Save the children (UK) invoices for submission to World Food Programme (WFP) for distributions made are correctly attached with relevant supporting documents.
•Collection and management of information and subsequent dissemination to the relevant recipients.
