Main roles and duties as an Account Manager:
• Building rapport with client representatives
• Growing the business with current clients and increasing sales.
• Managing the resource team
• Qualifying jobs and arranging interviews
• Negotiating with candidates and calculating margins/gross profit
• Arranging visa and payroll solutions
• International travel to attend client and candidate meetings
• Drawing up contracts for temp staff
• Managing the PO process
• Aftercare of the candidates - assisting with payroll, logistics, problems and queries
• Resourcing candidates when needed
• Business development
• Training the internal staff on systems and procedures

• Sales of mobile phone contracts, home and mobile broadband and insurance policies
• Resolve customer problems and queries
• Promote additional products
• Communicate clearly and effectively with customers
• Frequent use of competent sales techniques
• Process invoices and contracts to customers
Main Role and Duties:
Directly with customers on a daily basis
Working to a deadline
Liaising with other store managers about implementing strategies/store improvement programmes.
Continual maintenance of health and safety regulations.
Directly involved in the Recruitment & Training of new employees.
Coordination of deliveries.
