Create a new employee Records in the electronic data base and responsible for accurate input formation in compliance with the request set by utl.
Maintain updated HR document on the company intranet
Manage the development, installation and maintain of the HR electronic data and related system.
Manage and maintain sound and up to date staff system for the company ensuring security and confidentiality
Prepare documents for the relevant benefits due to the staff
Store proper electronics records of all HR administrative documents
To reconcile personal file records with HRMIS
Maintaining employee files and filing system
Maintain employee information in the HRMIS by entering and updating employment and status change data
Maintain employee confidence and protect operations by keeping human resource information Confidential
Assist in the care and preservation of archive collection and maintain good order of the archive
Produce documents from the archive upon request
Update all relevant staff files with certified official documents from HRO
Staffing and Training logistics
Follow up on immigration request work permits renewal, special passes, dependent passes
Coordinate with the authorized agency for identification cards for staff
Monitor and track casual requests forms
Submit employee data reports by assembling and preparing data as requested for
Avail guidance on common archive and retrieval processes
Recruiting and staff logistics for example scheduling and coordinating candidate appointment, employee induction and orientation and maintaining applicant data base.
Follow up on immigration request e.g. work permits
Coordination with authorized agency for making of identification cards
Monitoring and tracking casual request forms and cross check invoices visa viz casual recruited and work done
