Dispatching the operate mode and intermediate output of refinery processing chain.
Responsibility for operational accounting and analysis of the implementation of daily production program.
Control over the timely conduct of laboratory tests and issuing certificates for commercial products.
Analysis of refinery process equipment malfunctions.
Responsibility for the full-time plant operability assurance. Enforcement of the plant for all performance indicators for the quality (softening and purification) and quantity of producing chemically desalted and chemically softened water.
Safety support of technological processing with hazardous substances (sulphuric acid 94%, sodium chloride 20%). Management of field usage of chemical equipment: vessels, pumps, tubes, flocculation reactor, ion-exchanging filters (cation-, anion-exchange polymers). Scheduling: of personals, of capital/current repairs, of supplying with materials and equipment. Allocation of responsibilities among the specialists of the plant. Revamp invest program design. Documentation and monitoring of the implementation of contractors work.

Conducting of procedure of certification of oil products. Auditor of certification procedure. Member of commissions on accreditation of test laboratories within the system UkrSEPRO regulations. Implementation of ISO 9001 in industry enterprises.
Operator of the technological unit - chief of the complex: Desalter unit and CDU (crude oil distillation unit).
Processing of technological equipment: crude oil tanks, vessels, pumps (of gas, petroleum, nafta, diesel fuel oil, oil residue), atmospheric columns, vacuum columns, strippers, heaters, heatchangers, coolers, pipelines, valves, etc.
Managing of starting and stopping modes, control of repair service of technological equipment. Control over the quality of output products. Responsibility for 24/7 operating of two units.
