each department and plans for the future and
seasonal implementations of the
brand.

* Ensures every customer who drops by must not leave without purchasing.
* Merchandising the watches and sunglasses display as per the guidelines.
* Received and update stock movement on a weekly bases.

Responsible for doing the paper works such as Daily Management checklist, weekly and monthly report
to OM & Brand team, stock management checklist.
* Daily team briefing on how to achieve the monthly target. Give an individual target to each colleague
and motivate them on how to achieve it. Share knowledge and monitor their IPC and ATV performance
on a weekly basis.
* Handling customer complaints and ensures that all customers must be accommodated/assisted as much
as they can.
