Check Warehouse Delivery to see if it was delivered.
If any discrepancies need to be raised with the relevant departments involved.
•Review discrepancy between order quantity and received quantity.
•Review deleted lines in the system and Stock on Hand Status.
•Follow-up pending deliveries.
•Check Emails.
•Ordering (To manage and maintain the availability in the store not to go Out of Stock nor Excess Stock.
•Stock Evaluation or Monitoring of the item (It will help to maintain accuracy of the inventory level).
•Set MINIMUM and MAXIMUM according to sales
(if the item has high selling or high weekly forecast demand increase the maximum).
9.) Send full for 8am report Eveready before 11:AM.
10) Check Store Order Eveready in the system.
