Overall in charge of the accounting and finance functions for the group companies in Pakistan for over Eight years including above four years in UAE.

Arrangement of Banking facilities like Bank Guarantees, Project Finance, including Mortgage finance facility for individual customers of the company.

Responsible for interaction with various Government departments for issues related to Licensing, Registeration of properties, attestation, visa issues etc.

Responsible for interaction with Master Developers for Purchase / Sale of property related issues, NOC for sale of individual units, Contracts for plots and of individual units etc.
Preparation of legal documents in co-ordination with Lawyer including Power of Attorney, Board Resolutions, Purchase Contracts with individual buyers for running companies. Also responsible for company formation and related matters.
Co-ordination with Engineers for better planning of allowed built-up area of the property and to make feasibility report for the management to assist in decision making.

Directly reporting to the Managing Director for major financial issues and routine matters to the Administration Manager.
Responsible for preparing monthly Financial Statements and Management Reports of all the different status companies.

Finalization of accounts, preparation of budget & forecast, forward plans and monthly sales analysis graphs.
Co-ordination of fiscal year end audit, preparation of audit schedules, liaison with statutory auditors & providing explanation to the queries raised by them for all the three companies.

Monitoring the accounts payable and accounts receivables
Extensively used “SAGE LINE” for all the accounting functions.

Responsible for the timely completion of all normal routine work right from voucher preparation, accounting of vouchers, petty cash reimbursement, preparation of cheques, making of purchase and sales invoices, payroll preparation etc.
