•Fill in agreement proposals to enter an International Agreement between INCEIF (Malaysia) and LTU; cross check with related legal documents related to the case.
•Making sure few of LTU course subjects are align with INCEIF course outline.
•Responsible to handle the Indonesian market.
•Do promotions on the company’s product and services via telephone
•Responsible to reach targeted calls per day
•Create customer interests in the company’s SAP product or services and complete a sale or agreement for the customer to see a Specialist of SAP products
•Schedule appointments for sales representatives to meet with prospective customers or for customers to attend sales presentations.
•Record changes to customer details on the database and note needed follow-up actions
•Receive calls, provide information, complete a sale and/or assist with any problem troubleshootings
•Work closely with Team Leader on rolling out the company’s programs
•Understanding & analyzing requirement needed of each project request
•Collect and analyze data to detect deficient controls, duplicated effort, extravagance, fraud, or non-compliance with laws, regulations, and management policies.
•Carries out various audit assignments in compliance with statutory requirements.
•Provide objective and professional evaluation of internal control system.
•Report to management on clients asset utilization, audit results, and recommend changes in operations and financial activities
•Inspect account books and accounting systems for efficiency, effectiveness, and use of accepted accounting procedures to record transactions.
•Examine inventory to verify journal and ledger entries.
•Produce up-to-the-minute information, using internal computer systems, to allow management to base decisions on actual, not historical, data.
•Inspect cash on hand, notes receivable and payable, negotiable securities, and canceled checks to confirm records are accurate
•Set up companies’ statutory audit, set of accounts and prepare for final correspondence.
•Cross check clients taxation and companies’ secretary audits.
•Responsible for twenty dormant companies.
•Deliver prepared sales talks, reading from scripts that describe products or services, in order to persuade potential customers to purchase the company’s product.
•Contact businesses or private individuals by telephone in order to solicit sales for the company’s product or services
•Maintain records of contacts, accounts, and orders
•Telephone or write letters to respond to correspondence from customers or to follow up initial sales contacts
