• Checking employees travel claims & adjustments as per HF policies.
• Preparing & depositing Income Taxes & EOBI.
• Issuing WHT Collection/Deduction Certificates to employees and suppliers.
• Preparing & depositing receipts.
• Preparing debtors & creditor reconciliations.
• Preparing month end journal vouchers.
• Checking and calculating all the supporting documents with the payroll e.g. allowances, salary taxes, leave
encashment, leave without pay and other employees’ deductions.
• Preparing & disbursing payroll.
• Preparing monthly Cash Budget Report and consolidated CBR for Core, regions & projects.
• Preparing inter-unit reconciliations.
• Managing petty cash.
• Preparing cash count sheet daily & getting approved from supervisor.
• Preparing prepayments schedules for Life, Health & Motor Vehicle Insurances.
• Reviewing & Reconciling GL accounts.
• Preparing time sheets.
• Coordinating with bank for wire transfers.
• Preparing bank reconciliations.
• Maintaining files.
• Ensuring cash, cheques and other confidential documents are kept safely in locker.
• Assisting supervisor in consolidation of accounts from all regions & projects with Core.
• Assisting supervisor during audit & in budget preparation.
• Opening & closing of bank accounts for core, regions and project offices.
• Liaising with banks for any discrepancies.
