• Main activities and responsibilities
To look after Normal Operation & Emergencies. Optimization of Plant production by analyzing plant parameters with Safe Startups/ Shutdowns of Urea Plant.
Hazard Identification in respective plant & its Rectification. Understanding of Design parameters and designing of suggested modification required for optimization.
Coordination with other departments in order to carry out various jobs and supervision of the jobs during normal operation and shutdowns.
Spares budget, Capital Expenditure and Operating Expenditure development and monitoring/Implementation.
