Design, Installation, Configuration, Integration, Testing and Maintenance of CCTV & Access Control systems for Residential & Commercial Projects.
Managing a team of ELV Supervisors/Technicians proficient in ELV systems & onsite building practices
Meeting clients/consultant to gather project requirements.
Sending Enquirers to the companies, comparing & analyzing the best products and prices.
Making Estimation and Quotation for the projects & Maintenance based on the clients requirement and site details.
Resource planing & scheduling equipment and materials on-site.
Preparing project schedules & material procurement schedules
Supervising Installation, testing & commissioning progress on-site.
Coordinating with other discipline Engineers (Architectural, structural, Mechanical and Electrical) to ensure the timely project delivery.
Giving clients/customers training on the usage of security systems.
Ensuring strict compliance to Health & Safety policies at site & work place
Prepare, monitor & report on Planned Preventive Maintenance(PPMs) of Access Control & CCTV Systems.
Documentation of Projects & Maintenance details.
Core Area of Operation include CCTV systems(Analogue & IP), Intercom(Audio & Video), Access Control(ACS), Time & Attendance(T&A), License Plate Recognition(ANPR), Garage Doors, Gate Barrier, RFID, Elevator Access Control, PABx Systems, etc.
Responsible for the maintenance of Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Plumbing & ACsystems in Residential apartments & Villla Compounds.
Providing additional facilities to the existing building setup, based on the Property Management/Clients requirement.
Coordinating with vendors and supervised subcontractors during various maintenance work carried out at site to ensure the proper completion of work.
Performed routine maintenance inspection for equipment's to identify and resolve
problems in a timely manner.
Preparing weekly& monthly report, prioritizing the Job based on the urgency, scheduling the maintenance to ensure the regular follow up and completion of the work in time.
Performed PPM for Electrical, Plumbing, AC &Fire Alarm system in Residential apartments & Villas.
Responible for the Maintenace of Apartment complex consist of 245 apartments and
also the villa compound consist of 210 Villas
Managing user accounts, software installation and monitering system performance, manages networks and trouble shooting includes basic hardware fault identification and testing
