Took care of Ministry of Interior’s Network in Qatar that has been recently implemented
Added new equipments and enhanced the network to make it better and documented whenever there are issues that arouse to report it to the manager
Network had Cisco and Juniper devices that needed monitoring everyday for which we used WHATSUPGOLD and NAGIOS
Worked with a team of 7 including application engineers and Oracle database experts to narrow down an issue and troubleshoot easily
Handled network devices including CISCO firewalls, Juniper devices and Layer2/3 devices from various vendors linked to an issue and discusses with senior engineers whenever there is a decision to be made swiftly.
Key Responsibilities:
Implemented and configured ARUBA wireless networks to the clients based on their requirements
ARUBA 800, 2400, 3000 series and 6000 series controllers with their access points
Worked on several wireless technologies and deployed setup to the clients based on the requirement-Wireless a/b/g and n technologies
Troubleshoot the issue and provide solutions working with the clients remotely, analysing the issue
Help the proper deployment recommendation depending on the client’s network
Work hand in hand with sales engineer to check the RF planning and design for client’s network requirement
Key Responsibilities:
Held full responsibility for network configuration and set up.
Monitoring and troubleshooting Cisco 800 and 2800 ISR routers through SDM logs and solve the issue
Basic configuration and trouble analysing done in ASA 5510 firewalls
Clients include Consulate Generals of Cyprus, Germany, India and Greece, Manulife Corp., in Canada and more.
Responsible for handling customers directly and understanding the issues to provide them with better solutions.
Maintain and troubleshoot computer hardware to ensure streamlined operations and minimal disruption from network outages.
Adept in assembling computers from scratch and fixing major issues from Desktop and Laptop computers.
Provided PC hardware and software support for end-users
