3. Checking and Preparation of (IPC) Interim Payment certificate submitted by the contractor

5. Attending technical meetings and preparing progress reports daily & monthly.
6. Quality Control of Construction Materials as per ASTM Standards and Site Supervision.
7. Testing of construction materials at the contractor’s provided laboratory at site under international specification and standard’s.
8. Steel Quality, Quantity, Dimensions, Fixing as per drawing
9. Execution of complete civil work according to drawing.
10. Survey Supervision with the help of “Total Station”
And other related activities during the Construction Work.

1. Responsible for controlling the quality works at site as well as laboratory, cheking of results report for all kind of testing regarding soil, concrete, asphalt, also checking cube crushing, cylinder crushing, slump, steel related test(tensile, bending rebinding, elongation and chemical tests)
2. Checking of concrete works, backfilling layer by layers upto formation level
3. Planning and look ahead schedule for the construction activities of the company.
4. Supervising all the construction activities
5. To follow the directives of the project manager for checking the progress of different activities according to the schedule.
6. Making sure that all the activities progress according to the schedule and ultimately get completed within the allocated period of time.
7. Checking and assuring that the quality of work done is in accordance with the specifications.
8. Making sure the all the activities are completed within the allocated budget so that the overall project does not go over the budget limits.
9. Attending Weekly progress meeting headed by the Project Manager and discussing with him progress and issues regarding progress.
