JOB DESCRIPTION :
• Generally responsible for implementations and monitoring of all MEP execution & related works at site.
• Responsible for coordination between MEP and Civil activities.
• Attend FAT inspections and ensure that the Equipment being manufactured meets the standard with no defects and as per our requirement.
• Process request for information (RFI) and change order request through appropriate parties on a timely basis to ensure the prompt flow of information
• Conducting internal meeting with main contractor, MEP sub contractors and other sub contractors for understand and resolving the issues on site.
• Implement and aggressively enforce company safety program and practices to create a safe and healthy work environment.
• Closely liaison with project superintends to ensure smooth interface and sequencing of MEP systems with various trades
• Cable Sizing for Light, Power & Motor Systems.
• Review of Electrical Design including wiring diagrams, selection of Electrical Equipments such as Circuit Breakers, Cable Sizing, Voltage Drop Calculation, Distribution Boards, Transformers etc.
• Involved in Preparation of Bill of Quantity of Materials for Supply, Erection, Testing & commissioning for Projects.
• Maintaining records and archives to company Standards.
• Site surveys and Inspections.
• Responsible to ensure the correct implementation of the project quality plan and quality procedures and productivity related to all electrical works in accordance with program of work on site.
• Ensure that all MEP site activities are conducted under controlled conditions as per shop drawings, method statements, specification and work plan.
• Ensure safe work environments control the use of material and avoid damages and waste, request material, tools and equipment needed for the projects and issue the foreman daily instructions as per the work plan.
• Monitoring the daily, weekly & monthly progress and report the same to our department head.
• To execute the works according to the latest approved revision of drawings and/or instructions of authorized authorities.
• Conforms to all the operations are done in strict compliance with department safety rules and regulations, giving priority to safety and security.
• Follow up with AutoCAD Draughtsman.
