-Deals with installation and commissioning of BTS (Base Transciever Station- Huawei) for GSM networks
-Planning & Coordination of the Sites for setting up the Unit
-Monitoring the alignment of GSM Antennas on the Tower
-Worked with Anritsu Site masters for checking the transmission loss & VSWR measurements
-Maintaining the necessary records & reports at site and office
Job Responsibilities
Technical support through chat for McAfee Antivirus software for North American customers
Handling and troubleshooting technical, software issues related with McAfee Antivirus software
Assisting the customers for latest product updates, downloads and fixing any errors.
Familiar with different tools for Chat activities and Product related documentation.
