 Preparation of monthly prepayment schedule & HR provisions
 Assist the Finance manager for external audit & working of audit work papers
 Monitor receivable outstanding and collection on time.
 Prepare payroll & monthly tax invoices updating into the system
 Follow up with stores for GRN & post monthly GIN into the system
 Prepare summary feedback of financial statements variances to budget
 Prepare detailed journal entries and reconcile intercompany accounts
 Preparation & maintain capex/ labors work schedule
 Provide technical support and advice to management while preparing contracts
 Manage accounting assistants and bookkeepers & Conduct regular ledger maintenance
