* Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations, client HSE requirements, and local
legislation.
* Conduct daily site inspections and report unsafe acts, conditions, and near-miss incidents with corrective
actions.
* Implement and maintain Permit to Work (PTW) systems for high-risk tasks such as hot work, confined space
entry and working at height.
* Facilitate Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Risk Assessments, and Toolbox Talks to ensure task-specific hazard
awareness.
* Coordinate emergency response drills, fire safety inspections, and first aid readiness on site.
* Verify and approve gas testing prior to confined space and hot work activities.
* Ensure all personnel use appropriate PPE and follow proper work procedures.
* Conduct HSE induction and training for new workers and subcontractors.

Communicate and coordinate with other safety staff to provide the best protection possible.
