•I am responsible for executing health/ safety management plans and conducting safety inspections, health surveys & auditing for compliance in the project.
•Ensuring safety system implementation with compliance to the procedures and safe work practices
•Improving safety and environmental culture of the organization by driving training programs, behavior based safety programs like STOP, Tool Box Talks, etc.
•Preparing status of safety audits and maintaining complete documents of protection systems & inspection
•Drafting and monitoring Corrective Action Register.
•Monitoring and coordinating application/ renewal of all statutory consents and licenses
•Coordinating with Training Department for external training on HSE.
•Performing emergency evacuation drill in the site, providing basic fire-fighting training to the employees in the site and implementing waste management system effectively in the site.

•Conducting weekly HSE meeting and preparing meeting minutes.
•Arranging environmental TBT, ergonomic surveys.
•Arranging MSDS and making COSHH assessment.
•Executing health/ safety management plans and conducting safety inspections, health surveys & auditing for compliance
•Ensuring safety system implementation with compliance to the procedures and safe work practices
•Coordinating with Training Department for external training on HSE
•Performing emergency evacuation drill in the site, providing basic fire-fighting training to the employees in the site and implementing waste management system effectively in the site.
